A Moment

David Halberstam has left the building.

If nothing else, this is a reminder of how bad journalism has gotten. We lose Mr. Halberstam and have him replaced by Katie Couric. Apples to pears, but apples are extinct these days.

On behalf of pears worldwide, I resent the comparison of us pears to Katie Couric. We are actually good for you. Katie Couric, however, is not.
